I found a couple of options (admittedly I use ring not nest)... but my tp-link have been great on a number of other platforms.
If you don't mind always having a device on your wifi you can use "Yonomi" it is not a bad platform, but it is app only driven, so the device needs to be on and available on your wifi to run the routines.
I ended up going a completely different direction, but man it opens a huge new world of synchronization. If you have a PC, a rasberry pie, or any "extra" hardware sitting around I Highly recommend looking into setting up a home automation server, both HomeAssistant and OpenHAB are opensource with great communities. I used HomeAssistant, and it was easy to set up and has completely integrated all my smart devices and even other network connected devices. Warning it can get addictive and I have spent hours learning what all it can do, and what other systems it can integrate.
