Google Home logic is not location aware as far as I know. You add them to a room of course, but they don't specifically interact with a device in the same room unless you tell them the room. My point is it would be cool to say "turn the lights down" and because you said this to the Google Home in the bedroom, it should just dim those lights (or at least that could be a default behaviour).
My wife is able to run all my Stringify routines from Google Home exactly the same as I do. No interpretation of voice it seems.
