Yes, on advice of Nest had done just that but unfortunately does not help.
The only thing that helped (worked for about a week) was to disable Home/Away in Nest app, disable Nest access to Location services in phone settings, deleting Nest app on phone, switch off phone, switch on again, download Nest app again, give it Location access and turn on Home/Away again. This on both my phone and my husband’s. This was advice from Nest Support. As you can understand, this is not a procedure we want to go through every week or two!,
