Thanks for being patient with us. The acquisition process hindered our ability to keep up with everything (small team + acquisition = time away from everything else). This includes things like support, forums, the friend's location feature, new integrations, etc.
Regardless of the outward perception of Comcast as a whole, the engineers and the product people here at Comcast are awesome. They are smart people with the intention of provide powerful automation tools to users. They do not match the view that is portrayed on the internet.
In the short term, I'll be preparing a long overdue iOS update with iOS 11 bug fixes. Look for that coming soon.
