If you are experiencing an error connecting to Hue, it is usually caused by your Hue bridge not being connected to the Hue cloud or associated to a Hue cloud account.
One way to test whether your Hue is connected to the Hue cloud is to try to control your Hue lights in the iOS Hue app with WIFI turned OFF (this forces your phone to try to connect to the Hue cloud rather than directly to the bridge over your wifi).
The process to connect your Hue to the Hue Cloud is done by visiting http://my.meethue.com http://my.meethue.com/ on a computer and registering your bridge, then logging in to the Hue App with the account you create. Once you’ve done that you should be able to bring your lights into Stringify.
