Is this STILL broken? As a programmer, this is indeed a very simple thing to fix, or else nobody knew what they were doing when they made this app, which is probably the case since they didn’t include the ability to delete links from the beginning... This kind of thing is basic REQUIRED functionality for any professionally developed software.
And Kris, you should be fired for coming on forums and telling users to delete their accounts if they don’t like that you won’t fix an issue. That is extremely poor customer service.
And telling your users you can’t afford to fix basic issues with your program because you aren’t profitable? Wow. Comcast will eventually want you to be profitable, and this attitude is not how to get there...
And others, you make fun of users for being annoyed, but I don’t think such a basic functionality is too much to ask for. This is poor software design and poor project management, followed by poor customer service. You will continue to bleed users because of this, and fewer people will recommend your app if it isn’t user friendly.
If you continue to brush off issues with user friendliness, other apps will surpass yours and soon your entire user base will be gone, and then see how much money Comcast is willing to pay you.
