aaf1988, we have not been able to reproduce the issue you reported on our end. It has been consistently working for us.
Can you please report a bug by following below steps so we get logs from your device which might give us some clues as to why it is only your device that has this problem.
- Tap on Menu icon (3 lines) on the top left of Home screen of Stringify app
- Tap "Report a Bug"
- Select your mail client and send out the email (just make sure the logs are attached, which they automatically will be)
